Zhejiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, in the first half, takes samples of 196 kinds of 6660 batches of products produced by 6235 companies, involved in textiles, light industry, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, machinery, electronics. Qualified 6295 batches, consolidated pass rate 97.8%, batch pass rate 94.5%. Machinery industry was checked most in all industries, a total of 2505 batches. Hangzhou Vision Chain Transmission Co., Ltd. is one of the enterprises through the test about the industrial chain product.
Our company’s sampling inspection is performed by Jinhua Bureau Of Quality and Technical Supervision which includes the inspection of our company’s main products 08B industrial chains. The bureau inspects our products in five aspects---marking, size, length of chain measurement, tensile force test and dynamic load test according to GB/T 1243-2006 transmission utilized short picth precision roller chains, bushing chains, attachments and sprockets and certificate our products are qualified.
Note:
1. “Marking”. Visually measure the accessories appearance quality of the whole chain. Accessories appearance should be integrated. Faultiness such as flaw, defect, corrosion, pit are not allowed. Chains should be marked with standard type.
2. “Size”. Diameter of roller: d1≤8.51 Ac=0 Re=1 Width between inner paltes: b1≥7.75 Ac=0 Re=1 Pin length: b4≤17.0 Ac=0 Re=1
3. “Length of chain measurement”. Apply the measuring force 120N according to the rules, tolerance of measuring length should be(0%~0.15%) of nominal length of chain.To those with attachments,it should be(0%~0.30%). 622.30~623.23 Ac=0 Re=1.
4. “Tensile force test”. Effective tensile section should be consisted of at least 5 pitches. The load should be not less than the minimum tensile strength when it is loaded slowly to fracture. The minimum tensile strength load: 17800N. Ac=0 Re=1
5. “Dynamic load test”. The sample chain sector is consisted of 5 unrestrained chain links, in which 3 inner plates and 2 outer plates. Under ordinance load 1400N, sample should be continued testing to losing efficacy or to the ordinance maximum cycles 3X106. Ac=0 Re=1.(note:the judgement of heavy fatigue fracture is the sharp change of cyclic frequency or cyclic load.)
